Renter Background Checks & Valid Signed Lease:

Far Point Colorado will provide to you, the Landlord, a complete written credit worthiness and national criminal background check on potential renters so that you have confidence in the people you allow to take possession of your property as renters. Or Background and Recommendation of qualified prospective tenant(s) for your approval. This includes a legally binding, signed lease agreement for the chosen renter.

$399 for up to three applicant’s backgrounds, $25 per search per property thereafter

Tenant Eviction Services

It’s sad, but sometimes necessary, to evict a short or long time tenant. Maybe it is because of failure to pay rent, criminal activities on your rental property, vandalism, etc. When this happens, Far Point Colorado will be right there with you: (1) Examining your rights and timing in the eviction process; (2) Helping you build up your eviction case file; (3) Writing up the eviction notice; (4) Delivering and certifying the Eviction Notice thru a qualified third part; and (5) Following up with legal proceedings so that you have your property back on the market and can find new, hopefully, more qualified renters.

$399 per Eviction Service (plus direct costs such as legal filings and Servers)

Rental Property Restoration Services

Even good renters often leave your rental property in a state of disrepair and perhaps unrentable. Unfortunately some former renters will leave you with a catastrophe that must be cleaned up before you can even consider renting out the property. Far Point Business Services will work with you to determine what must be done to restore the home, apartment, store, or property to a rentable state. Far Point will provide a written repair estimate and qualified professionals who can fix up the problems and clean up the property. Time is money and speed will be as important as the professional service.

A Far Point representative and a Professional Cleaner or an experienced Handyman will meet with you to examine your needs and tailor a written estimate for your consideration. There is a initial $399 fee for this service (which will be applied as a credit on any subsequent contract.)

Ongoing rental services fees on a per hour or per service basis

Ongoing services are also offered on an hourly or per occasion - individualized rent collection ($50 per instance), single issue eviction papers and delivery ($100 per evictions), lease renewal/negotiation with tenant ($100 per lease), Landlord representative with insurance companies, repair businesses and on-site visits and meetings ($100 minimum plus $50 per hour). Other services offered at $50 per hour. Free estimated given prior to work

These fees are for direct services only and do not include service fees, extra charges, etc which are billed $ for $ in addition to the hourly rate.
